The News Conference Room of Shunyi Olympic Rowing-Canoeing Park

FINA provide the agenda for this meeting. Attendance by each NOC is mandatory. Two (2) representatives from each NOC are welcome to attend. During that meeting each Team Leader must submit the final corrections to Open Water Swimming Technical Commission.

The entry list by event and entry data checklist will be available for teams Sport Information Desk of SRC from 28th May 2008. Forms for withdraws, corrections, OWS Trainer Forms and Correction Forms will be available from the Sport Information Desk at SRC and Technical Meeting.

Delegation Registration Process

Good Luck Beijing will conduct a Delegation Registration Process at Beijing Eastern Garden International Conference Centre from Wednesday 28th May – 1st June 2008.

The Delegation Registration Process will also allow Organizing Committee to communicate any new or updated information. National Federations are invited to attend the Delegation Registration Process as soon after arrival into Beijing as possible.

Sport Information Desk

The Sport Information Desk at Shunyi Olympic Rowing-Canoeing Park(SCR)will operate on the following days:

Wednesday 28 – Friday 30 May 2008

Operating hours: 09:00-18:00

Saturday 31 May – 1 June 2008

Operating hours: 06:30-12:30

The Sport Information Desk in the hotel will operate on the following days:

Wednesday 28 –1 June 2008

Operating hours: 07:00-19:00

The Sport Information Desk will be located in Shunyi Olympic Rowing-Canoeing Park(SCR)and official hotel.

The Sport Information Desk at the SCR is located CM area, where all Sport-specific information will be available. The desk will provide information such as competition schedules, training schedules, results/start lists, sports technical information. Withdraw Form and OWS Trainer Form will be available in Sport Information Desk during the competition and training sessions.

Each National Federation will be allocated a pigeon hole.

Notice boards will also be used for posting Marathon Swimming updates in the Sport Information Desk.

Forms for Withdraw Forms, OWS Trainers Form will be available on Sport Information Table.
